I had a tough time deciding which song to start with as this is my first post. Moreover I had a couple of songs which were recorded over the past two years. I didn't have to rethink after I listened to Mayamanjalil. This song is an amazing composition by the exceptional talent & the unfortunate, underrated music director Sharath. "Mayamanjalil" has been rendered to perfection by G.Venugopal and Radhika Thilak. This song is based on Hamsadhwani Raaga. Here is my humble attempt to sing this song. I would love to hear your feedbacks and comments on the same.

Good song selection and singing man.. I couldnt even recollect your voice.. any way sounds good. Couple of things: All the lines ending nots; if you can sustain it for another 1/2 cent or so then it will sound so good. and also the ending nodes are not clear and power is fading on them.. so if they are sung a bit more open, and with a bit more power, and pleasant voice the whole song will sound better. Kepp up boss.. I am waiting for the next song. Hey I personally like this song. But for you I guess if you select a song which is not fully emerced in music then it will be much better to hear your raw sound. I guess "Nirangalae paadu..", type songs will sound good for you. And sing it with more authority and confidence. You are good.

Nice to hear ur voice after a long time man!!when Manu told abt this, I couldn’t even wait for the junk net to connect to the site!! Still ur voice is so soothing and the singing is effortless. Don’t know ,may be coz of the influence of hearing the great talent behind this song daily, I have few coments:-)
Small starting trouble was there man!! In many portions I felt karoke volume is more audible than your voice-so sometimes I couldn’t even hear ur voice properly.I think adjusting the mic little bit or changing some settings in the karokke may help.Your aalaap as usual was sooperb; no words man!! Again” Kanakamanjadi….”portion was great! But, as thomachan rightly said, you could have given bit more sustain and clarity to the ending notes.Man, many places I could feel lack of practice; I want to hear the same bose who sung “sarasijanabha sodari” and “devi ninroopam” on those days!!

Am an Ardent music lover and came to know about u and this blog accidentally....obviously this is the first time am hearing ur voice and i have to say that u've got loads of talent.....first of all 'Mayamanchalil' being a Sharath song, is very rich musically and tricky to handle....i must say u had awesome control.....but me too felt that karoake volume was a bit louder.....

You were always a good singer but good to see that you've finally started thinking and moving in the right direction. "When the going gets tough, The Tough get going"
About this song -
Well as you know, I don't know music technically, but from a "just another avid music lovers" point of view, you sung this song as good as the original. (Since am a non-technical music lover, I would take the liberty of saying that it was even better than the ori one). Yes this composition will make one feel that "there are things lacking" or "this could've been better" or "you could've done better" but I know for sure that's not cuz there was a lack of effort from your side but its due to the fact that you don't have proper mixing tools and recording stuffs. I know wats your situation which most people here would not know (Right... Arun?). I can only imagine what would've been the output of this song if you were to sing this song in a recording studio, like the ori singer with all the musical instrument playing in your background and a music director to supervise all this. Then am sure the feedback would've been totally different. So keep jiving and post more, a lot more. Show the world what you are. Our blessings and support is always with you. You know that in me you have your biggest fan, and you know wat? I can already feel some eyebrows frowning for the above statement, which is good. ;)

Bose, I've never seen anyone singing "Mayamanjalil" this good. You are really tallented and I wonder why no music directors found you so far.
